Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is leaking
  • The product is expired
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The package was severely tampered with upon arrival

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or partially consumed nutraceutical products are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

You must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear images or videos showing the problem

Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup where applicable. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.

Refund Processing

After the returned product is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refund processing time is 3–7 working days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment

Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted

If delivery is refused after dispatch, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds and returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
  • Products that are opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Items returned without original packaging or labels
  • Damage caused due to customer mishandling
  • Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Claims submitted without valid image or video proof

Exchange Policy

How’s You does not offer product exchanges.
If eligible, customers will receive a refund.
In rare situations, a replacement may be offered subject to stock availability.
