Products should be consumed strictly as per the recommended dosage or after consulting a qualified healthcare professional. Expiry dates, batch numbers, and manufacturing details are clearly mentioned on product packaging.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. How’s You reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by us.

Your purchases are subject to return or refund solely in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on our website.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of purchase apply to your order. Prices do not include taxes or shipping unless stated.

We accept payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders may require additional verification before dispatch.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to promptly update such details when necessary.

We currently deliver within India through courier partners such as Blue Dart and Delhivery. Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 business days, depending on location. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

How’s You is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly with How’s You. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and How’s You.
